Integrator Coaching
Integrator Coaching is one-on-one coaching for the person who runs the business day to day: the Integrator, COO, president, or general manager. It sharpens how you run the operating cadence, lead the leadership team, and turn the Visionary's ideas into executed priorities.

What does an Integrator coach do?
An Integrator coach works one-on-one with the person in the Integrator seat to strengthen how they run meetings, set and track priorities, manage the leadership team, and partner with the Visionary.
In practice, sessions cover:
- Running the cadence: Weekly leadership meetings, quarterly priorities, and annual planning that actually hold.
- Leading leaders: Accountability without micromanagement. Hard conversations, handled early.
- Owning the numbers: A short scorecard that shows whether the week went right.
- Partnering with the Visionary: Translating big ideas into a small number of executed priorities.
- Solving the real issue: Getting past symptoms to root cause. This is where Lean Six Sigma discipline helps.
Who is Integrator Coaching for?
- New Integrators and COOs stepping into the seat for the first time
- Seasoned operators whose company has outgrown the way they run it
- Founders who are acting as their own Integrator and need to decide whether to keep the seat or hand it off
- General managers and presidents running a business inside a larger portfolio

That means coaching grounded in what it's like to run the seat, not theory about it.
